Cancellation Policy
A booking is confirmed once myself and the client have both agreed a date and time
If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before a treatment, the client will not be charged
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment, they will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of £25. This cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.
The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation, by bank transfer or PayPal
I have the right to cancel a treatment, this is avoided at all cost, and with as much notice as possible and will only happen if illness prevents me from giving you the best treatment, I will endeavour to re book you in within 2 weeks.
